This handbook sets out the core values and practices that underpin how our lab works, what we expect from one another, and the standards that guide our research and professional conduct. As it is often simply assumed that researchers within the same discipline share the same core values and success criteria, rather than this being explicitly stated, this handbook serves as a tool for our team to continuously cultivate and openly communicate our values and practices.
